Goal 1
Install Onion Bag Boxes at all boating access points on waterways in the State of Ohio and to find local organizations that will maintain these boxes in the future.

Goal 2
Work with Liveries in the State of Ohio to get them to use Onion Bags in their operations by “seeding” them bags and then showing them how to order them in the future.

Goal 3
Conduct paddles on busy waterways giving away onion bags to boaters.

Goal 4
Target waterways that are heavily fished and pass out onion bags to people fishing on shore.

Goal 5
To conduct and assist with waterway litter cleanups in the State of Ohio.
